Foodieree – Centralized Admin Management Platform

A centralized AWS-hosted admin panel for managing Foodieree’s customer, hotel, and delivery operations, with real-time monitoring, revenue analytics, communication, and platform-wide data management.
“Foodieree is a private limited company operating a multi-application food delivery ecosystem. I developed and deployed a centralized admin panel on AWS to manage and monitor the complete platform from a single interface. The admin panel acts as the central management layer for three different mobile applications: the Customer App, Hotel App, and Delivery Boy App. Administrators can monitor and manage data coming from all three applications, track orders and operations, view overall revenue and business performance, manage emails, and communicate through the integrated admin chat system. The goal was to create a single control center that gives the Foodieree management team complete visibility and control over the platform instead of requiring them to manage each application separately.”
Foodieree operates through multiple mobile applications, each serving a different role in the food delivery ecosystem. Managing customer activity, hotel operations, delivery partners, orders, revenue, communication, and other platform data separately would make administration complex and difficult to monitor. The challenge was to build a centralized system that could bring data from all three applications together while giving administrators a clear overview of the complete business operation.
I developed a centralized admin management platform and deployed it on AWS. The admin panel provides a single dashboard for managing the three major parts of the Foodieree ecosystem: Customer App — customer data, activity, and orders Hotel App — hotel/restaurant information, menus, and operations Delivery Boy App — delivery partners, delivery activity, and order fulfillment In addition, the admin panel provides overall revenue and business analytics, email management, administrative chat, order and platform management, and centralized data monitoring. This gives the management team a single place to monitor the complete Foodieree operation.
