The major challenges included managing multiple user roles, providing real-time order updates, tracking deliveries, handling secure online payments, and enabling communication between customers and delivery partners.”
The main challenges were managing multiple user roles, providing real-time order updates, tracking delivery partners, integrating secure online payments, and enabling smooth communication between customers and delivery partners.
A centralized full-stack platform was developed with dedicated workflows for customers, delivery partners, and administrators. Socket.IO was implemented for real-time order updates and communication, while Stripe was integrated for secure online payments. The platform also includes live order tracking, in-app chat, direct calling, and an admin dashboard for managing products, customers, delivery partners, and orders.
